You can't put the blame on the manager though. This team is still in Mourinho's image for the team, not AVB's, not Ancelotti's, not Scolari's, or Grant, or Hiddink's. Time and patience is a virtue, if we're not going to do that, and let him shape the team, we may as well sack him, because we'll get nowhere without the right players, and we don't have the right players for this system.
