Humans get tortured all the time. And in this instance, I would be watching.. not actually doing the torturing.

-Method of torture
-what the human had done to deserve (or not) the torture
-what type of gun (including calibre of bullet)
-if the shot to the dogs were required to be fatal (or would I be allowed to shoot them in the foot with a small calibre bullet)
etcetera.
