I never knew this until now, but why are coaches only limited to 90mins of coaching in England? Neutral Is it illegal or something?

Why are they only allowed that amount of time to train with their youth players?

I was just wondering so because of what SAF said on that article.
“We are only allowed to coach youngsters for an hour and a half, they
[Barcelona] can coach every hour of the day if they want to. That’s the
great advantage they’ve got and they have a fantastic philosophy. “We hope that in years to come our coaches will be able to spend more
time with young kids, to teach them the basics, the technical abilities
and the confidence to keep the ball all the time."

Might be during the week, as we've not got education/football centres for those under 16. So training sessions will take place after the kids have finished school. Although, I don't think there's a legal stance over how long youngsters can train.

I'm guessing he means kids below U18/16 or something.

There's most likely some law that prevents them from too much training over here.

Barca have that pedo hut where they can train kids all they want.

    I believe it's within 2 hours travelling.
