You might want to use some status infliction attacks. I used Sandshrew at the start against Miltank and used like 5 sand-attacks. After that I used Flaaffy and used two thunderwaves (first one gets healed) and then you're off. Make sure you bring some super potions too. It used Milk Drink a few times, getting it to full health almost every time.

Anyway, I defeated her and.. then I got bored aswell haha. I found my Gameboy SP and Pokemon Firered, so I'm starting over with a fresh Bulbasaur this time.

I forgot to mention that if you want to play online you must use a DS not an Emulator.
It would be best to start off with Diamond/Pearl/Platinum followed be Heart Gold/Soul Silver and then Black/White.
Black/White is the newest and offers the most in terms of online play and single player so you could start off with that if you want.

No that's a seperate program only used for battling, you don't play the story mode etc on it but just download it, make a team using the team builder and then search for people to battle.

If you don't understand then just download it and give it a try, it's pretty small.

As Driver said, you basically download it, make your team from scratch, join servers and battle. I was speaking of this earlier last page I think.

As far as I understand there are far stronger pokemon in the game than the monkeys.

its a very tedious process and hard to explain. smogon is where the best help is.

fire rabbit is cool, but once it evolves it starts looking retarded. my personal favorite is the grass pokemon, bad ass snake.. but like all grass.. it's always overpowered by better grass pokemon in the wild, grass/poison, etc.

water otter is pretty nasty.. looks awesome throughout. so cant go wrong with that.

btw.. the elemental monkey you get.. is the one weakest to your pokemon starter type.

snivy = water monkey
otter = fire monkey
tepig = grass monkey


water monkey is best out of all 3.. btw.
