The Pokémon Thread

Pretty much done with Black. 145 seen/123 caught (don't really care about the National Dex). Not really going to complete the Unova Dex unless I meet with someone that has White. That's highly unlikely.

Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The story was made it at worthwhile. I really do think the game play was too easy.

I'm done with White, not much else I can do besides catch the odd legendary and maybe battle Pip/Bogdan(since I said I would)

I'm moving onto downloading a PS2 emulator and reliving my Kingdom Hearts experience.

Same with Black. Bring on Lava Ruby and Sea Sapphire or whatever the new games wil be called.

A generation 3 remake won't work imo.

They'll make a gen 3 remake, they have to continue the trend IMO.

Plus it's the only region not in the new generation. (DPP and newer)

I got a PS2 emulator to relive the awesomeness of San Andreas but I got about 2 FPS.

Hahaha! Fucking typical that, my computer(laptop) is a pile of shit. Not going to bother then because I've just looked it up and you're right you do need a decent computer to run PS2 games.

Ite' might have to borrow a PS2 off somebody then. Oh and the I'll borrow the Kingdom Hearts games from some lad at college. I've got it all sorted

Anyone have the emulator file for Black version? I was suppose to get Black version today but I can't make it today so wanted to try it on my laptop.

Just bought black version. So, can you get Cyndaquil in this game or only if you sent him over from Heart Gold/Soul Silver?

Just got to the second gym leader. My team is:

So yeah, I started a new game. Bored as hell. Begin of summer break, crap weather, everyone's working or still has school. I have to wait till coming monday to start with my new job for this summer.

Catched my team at the start of the game and I'm going to run the whole story with this team. I've got six badges so far, currently at Twist Mountain.

Meganium level 36
Feraligatr level 37
Umbreon level 37
Pupitar level 37
Luxray level 36

Yeah, I'm a fan of the second series. I picked the pokemon on preference. Meganium is meh, but should be in my team because I picked Feraligatr and Typhlosion.

Typhlosion is my favorite. He's going to be a beast.

They're fun for pissing about on, but that's it really.

I play on an emulator. I'd buy a DSi or such and the pokemon game, but no money and after about a month it will be collecting dust somewhere under a lot of stuff, probably.

It pains me to read this, I haven't a clue who any of them are. I had so much love for the first 151 Pokemon and then it started to go downhill from there.

It's ok, definitely not worth knowing any pokemon passed Hoenn.

Yeah, remakes of the older games are cooler.
