Thought up of an interesting challenge.
Start a game as an Italian club or something and sign ONLY English/Scottish/Welsh/Norn Iron/the Other Iron players.
(or better yet, extend it to only English speaking players!)
Would be an interesting experience no doubt!

The folder is in "My Docs > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2012 > graphics > faces".
'Always reload skin on confirm" is ticked, but I still have no faces?

Change the name of the faces folder to players.

No idea what is going on here, you know you usually get that silhouette type thing when the player has no face?
Well most players have that, so I decided to look at Hibbert because he was the only player that I recognized when I was moving all the folders and stuff, but he doesn't even have a silhouette, just a blank space.
Anyone know why?

Ok Arsenal bought a young sweeper from Nantes (regen) 3 seasons ago (before I started looking at youth) and now they wont sell him to me. They'll never use him as a sweeper! They'll try to train him into a cb.

Played 3 in the Europa league, lost 1, drew 2. Got Malmo FF, Anderlecht and Lazio in my group 
Doesn't help that 2 days after every match I've had a top team in the PL so I've had to play a weakened team

Make sure reload skin on confirm is on, and skin cache is off.
If you are still having troubles, then it is likely something wrong with the .xml file... but let's hope not. (If it is, I guess I could be nice and upload it for you...)

meh, you'll be surprised at how much the Ligue 1, Serie A and Bundesliga improve over time.
Those three, La Liga and EPL have decades of supremacy over Europe once you go in the game far enough.

Trying to get Ligue 1 up though. Impossible when the other teams don't perform in Europe.
So far i've been offered the Man U job, Atletico job and just now the Shakhtar job. Shakhtar is tempting, more tempting than the other 2 I rejected. Think i'm still determined to win the CL with Marseille though.
Oh and i've not been spending most of my transfer budget. Plus Marseille have no debt and make a profit every year so they kinda have money to spend. Might go out and buy the best left wing back I can though, Kolarov is ace going forwards, but not so great defending.
