1.) There doesn't seem to be any real video evidence of any racist remarks from Suárez, if there had been, it'd be straight on the internet by now, like the Terry/Ferdinand incident. So that's already a negative for Evra-

2.) Another big point, and it's something my Dad said to me on the Monday after the game and Paul Merson touched on it on Gillete Soccer Special yesterday afternoon; if Suárez has used racist language towards Evra, then why HASN'T Evra reported it and told the ref straight away? Surely that's something you would do? It's bizarre don't you think? Then the referee can report it and put through an inquiry to the FA, again, another thing that goes against Evra-

3.) Evra HAS accused before and pulled the racism card. Remember the cool down bust up at Stanford Bridge involving Evra and the Chelsea staff? Didn't he accuse one of the members of staff of using racist language towards him? And guess what... it wasn't proved and as a result, Evra was fined and was banned for 4 games. So should the same happened if it can't be proved? Consistency...

All in all, taking everything into account, I don't personally, think Suárez has anything to worry about. The lack of video evidence, Evra not making an official complaint to the ref and Evra's previous accusations will see Suárez have his name cleared.
