I've always wished for teams to try this out more often from Kick Off.

Was it with Liverpool? I don't remember it. I remember seeing Arsenal try it once during the 'Invincibles' period. It was very close.

Ronaldo had a go at it when we went 2-1 down to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge (we still won the league and went on to win the Champions League I might add. -_-)

I did this once in indoor soccer. And in training (on a regular field) I used to do it all the time (with good accuracy and a keeper on his line), but never got the chance to do it in a game.
