    Ahead of Liverpool v United?

Buzzing for the draw especially with it being at home, Will Suarez still be banned for it?

Why do you seem to think only 1 game will be shown? As far as i'm aware, at least 4 FA Cup games have been shown on tv this weekend.

There is more than one FA Cup game on TV. ESPN showed two, ITV showed two.

    Arsenal/Leeds v Villa
    Liverpool v United
    Everton v Fulham
    Mac/ Bolton v Swansea

Are all Prem v Prem fixtures which I think will be ahead of it, then you've got games like Derby v Stoke, Watford v Spurs and the derby match between Middlesbrough and Sunderland, I'm sure the majority of the country would prefer to watch them rather than Newcastle's reserves get a routine win over a conference team.

I don't think you understand the idea of the FA Cup. It is bigged up as the competition where the smaller clubs can overcome the odds and beat the big teams. This is why they tend to show those types of ties and not PL v PL constantly.

Everton and Liverpool both playing home agaiu. Someone will need to have their game moved to Friday or Monday. To be fair they should move Everton's game but I doubt that happens.

Then again you can make Liverpool v Manchester United the featured game for Sunday and probably have Everton v Fulham on Saturday.

You have no concept on the romance of the fa cup. The fa cup is all about the minnows playing the giants and I don't really see any romance in the ties above. Just your average premier league fixture.

I think there will be 4 tv games for this round, and I'd expect the following to be on for certain:

Liverpool vs Man United (I can't remember the last time they weren't on tv for the cup)
Brighton/Wrexham vs Newcastle. Even if Wrexham don't go through, there is every chance of a Brighton win at the Amex.

Then it's any two out of

    Sunderland vs Middlesbrough. Local derby.
QPR/Mk dons vs Chelsea. Either a London derby or a potential banana skin for Chelsea.
    Watford vs Tottenham. Potential shock.
    Arsenal vs Villa. High ratings.

I am trying to figure out which games will be needed If Arsenal, Millwall, and QPR all advance to the 4th round surely they all would not play home on the same day. How would that most likely work out?

Crawly must feel how we have felt the past couple of years playing the big teams. I've felt confident against everyone apart from tomorrows fixture against Arsenal. Out of those we have drew with Spurs, got cheated out of a win against Arsenal, cheated against Liverpool, beat Scum and lost fairly to Spurs and Arsenal in the replays as well as Scum this season.

I'm honestly very confident for this tie. On our day we can match it with any Championship side I feel. Obviously I would've wanted a Prem side away, preferably a London one but I won't complain too much. Me and a mate are going to travel up, see the game and have a laugh. Smile

I'd imagine it'd be at noon, very volatile fixture, police won't be happy with 1:30.

You're probably right to be honest. Laughing Police will do everything to get the game played as early as possible. It might even be the Monday night fixture. A work day.

Just because it's a work day doesn't mean it'll be any safer. It won't be Monday 1) because ESPN have had every Monday night fixture and we all know it'll be ITV who gets this game and 2) Night game = more alcohol and drunk scousers and mancs. The police will make sure it's Sunday lunchtime and no later. It'll be 1pm like the Manchester derby yesterday.

Watford/Spurs would still be classedas "minnows" Also there is more or of achance of such a thing happening, Same goes for the Sunderland/Borough match + it has the added excitement of being a derby.

Also It slipped my mind that it could be either Wrexham/Brighton. If Brighton go through then I think the match has a higher chance of making it to t.v.

Before today has their been an FA Cup match with three Americans on the pitch at the same time? On another strange note I notice Marcus Hahnemann is now at Everton on a "short term deal" anyone know what that is all about, I cannot see him actually on the pitch for them here.

    Heard wrong then...

Watford hit the post 3 times, had one cleared off the line. vdV hit the bar for us and we had some lightening counters nearly scoring.

Missed a good game for a neutral. (wasn't good for me as we were fucking poor, players just didn't look that bothered that they were playing)

    Wonder who will be top scorer in this year's FA Cup? List of players with 4 or more goals;

    Chad Evans (Sheffield United) 5
    Matthew Tubbs (Crawley Town) 5
    Jermaine Beckford (Leichester City) 5
    Darius Henderson (Millwall) 4
    Jeff Hughes (Notts County) 4

Would be interesting to see Stevenage get Crawley in the 5th round. That would be one minnow into the quarter final where they will be just one game away from Wembley.
