Nobody has, so its ok for one manager to have met with officials as long as it not Liverpool.

Please find me this thread. There is no way people wouldn't want Ronaldo in their team.

how do you know he seeked benefits?

I think what RR fails to realise is that Kenny was speaking tongue in cheek when he said that.

I know he sought benefits because he made this comment
"We would like to be respectful to the referees, but more important is them having respect for my club and if I feel we're suffering in any way then I may need to go the same route as other people go and see if I can gain some benefit from that. I'll speak to the owners first and see what they say."

Please note where he says 'same route as other people go'.
Talking about Fergie I reckon.

Probably talking about Moyes, he sent a video about a load of bad decisions that Andrew Johnson had had made against him, and after than Johnson got virtually every decision.

What benefits does Sir Alex get?

It's definitely about SAF lol. That much is obvious.

Why is it obvious? Ferguson has fuck all to do with referees, other than going a bit far in the media. In the past he's criticised referees chiefs for meeting with other managers, and as far as I know, he's never had any such meetings himself.Scott wrote:It's definitely about SAF lol. I think Dalglish was just upset and saying he's going to get decisions in his favour because he felt everything was going against him, I don't think it was specifically aimed at anyone.

Lol, considering the amount of dodgy decisions that have gone his way over the years, why would he even feel the need to meet a Referee? He's already getting the treatment.

He was getting decisions going his way before the outburst as well.

United get roughly the same amount of decisions as any club in England, other than Liverpool, that's how it's always been. We just overcome the bad ones and take advantage of the good ones more than anyone else because we've been the best team over the last 20 years.Scott wrote:Lol, considering the amount of dodgy decisions that have gone his way over the years, why would he even feel the need to meet a Referee? There's been a marked increase since his meeting to gain benefits though.Steadman wrote:He was getting decisions going his way before the outburst as well.

Can you point out these decisions?

Maybe so, I only brought up my point because it shows how hypocritical he is that he decides to overlook the decisions that went Liverpool's way. There is no conspiracy though between the referees and Dalglish.ResurrectionRooney wrote:There's been a marked increase since his meeting to gain benefits though.Steadman wrote:He was getting decisions going his way before the outburst as well.

It's surely is not good for referees when SAF is regularly blasting them in the media, he probably does this intentionally to put pressure on them and gain some sort of psychological advantage.

Jack Rodwell was sent off for a good tackle on Luiz Suarez,
The referee stopped the game after Stewart Downing's blatant dive, but didn't book Suarez
Charles Adam dived to get a free kick, from which Liverpool scored
The goal itself was offside due to Luis Suarez's cheating, the referee ignored this
I agree that Ferguson is much too critical of referees, although I think most of the people talking about psychology are completely unqualified to talk about it.El_indian wrote:It's surely is not good for referees when SAF is regularly blasting them in the media, he probably does this intentionally to put pressure on them and gain some sort of psychological advantage.

I seen you arguing on here quite a lot yesterday, RR.
I come on today and notice you started arguing about religion at 9:50. You're still arguing at 1:30pm.
You've spent 3hrs 40mins sitting on a forum arguing with people just for the sake of arguing.
I think you need help mate. You're wasting your life.
