If you aren't doing great on Fifa, try using custom formations. I made one replicating how Chile played at the world cup. Always has 4 forward, and always has 4 back (3 cb's and the cdm) if they counter quick. If they are too slow the wing backs will get back so you'll effectively have 2 banks of 3 which is fairly hard to pass through without going down the wings, if they do that you have 3 men in the middle capable of winning headers anyway.

Common law wouldn't come into it in that situation, it applies more to a 16 year old shagging his 15 year old girlfriend, actually the age of the of the guy does't matter, 15 year old guy shagging a 15 year old girl is still rape on his part. Not on hers though, as it happens. Strange law that one, but it's almost impossible for a woman to commit rape under the current legal system.

With regard to your scenario, if it went to trial, it would depend on if, it could be proved to the satisfaction of the jury the man was reckless as to whether or not she was of the age of consent - this would have to proven beyond reasonable doubt. Keep in mind that the fact he was pissed can't be used as a defence, as he chose to put himself in that situation. Even so, given that he met her in a club, a place with restrictions to keep out U-18s, and chances are that she had identification in order to get into the club, I'd be extremely surprised if it would even go to trial.

There are several ways about it, I don't know why people insist on making factual declarations about things they know very little about.

If he met her in an adults club how can he be held to blame. I'm sure they would take that into consideration.

I'm not sure because he's not my mate. I just know him. But he's in prison for sleeping with a 14 year old girl he met in a nightclub where the minimum age for entry was 18.

I remember some guy who used to go to my school went out with some 14/15 year old girl, keep in mind he had already finished school so must have been around 16-18. Used to wait outside the gates till school was over, holding her hands and walking around and acting like he was some badman. Worst thing was she wasn't even attractive.

Although, they are still together till this day and they have a kid now so fair do's to them.

Mal, that's happened to someone I know too. His was a little worse though, he slept with a 12 year old and a 14 year old, when he was 18. Case dragged on for ages, until finally, this year, he was sentenced to 3 years Prison. (He's now 21)
