My iPhone is the only phone I've ever paid insurance for because the woman at Carphone Warehouse said any sort of repair costs an arm and a leg. I've never lost or broken a phone before and I might be getting ripped off, but I still couldn't take the risk given how expensive iPhones are.
Yeah I'll ask my Mum, she's normally keen with all that stuff. Kinda wish I'd taken it out now, more for the convenience really! Can't be bothered with all the hassle of fixing it, would rather have just sent it away and let insurance deal with it. What's the excess on yours?
