How do you make money for transfers in this game? The only idea i have it to hire the scouts to go out and look for players and then sell them, because I am not getting any money, at least not being shown it, from tickets/sponsors, etc.

Yeah I have AA and Cole that are on loan and i can't sell them damnit.
Other than winning something over the course of a year or waiting a whole year for more funds from the board at Liverpool we can't really buy anybody over an 80-82. Which is stupid.

Buy free agents and then sell them. I'm not sure how long you have to wait before you can sell them again.

I would buy the best Free Agents and then just sell them straight away

Has anybody completed a season yet? I want to see if we get money sometimes for the January window or if it's like last year where you only get money at the start of each year.
hoping to go back in for Farfan in January or next year.
The only thing I am worried about with Farfan is if he is one of those players who the announcers say their name and annoyingly frequently. If so, he will have to be sold.

No. Some players get their name said every time they touch the ball but typically you notice it when they have annoying names, such as Antonio Floro Flores on FIFA 11
