Game play seems more fluid.

Just realized how good Brazil are on this game, they're my best team atm.

Currently unbeaten in 8 online ranked matches using this formation and line-up:

I always put Ronaldinho as a DM when I play with Brazil and then just steam forward, skilling up as many people as I can.

On a good winning streak with that team on Fifa 11

They're immense, just raped my brother 7-1 using that exact team i posted.

Since I'm intent on sticking with the 4222, looks like I'll have to drop Moutinho. Doesn't have the strength for CDM, or the pace for LAM.

Nah, Maicon isn't in the default starting XI or even on the bench, he's actually right at the bottom of the reserves and i only just found out i had him in the squad yesterday. I should start using him but i didn't want to change the set up i was already using with Dani Alves at RB, as it was clearly working well.

Also, Hulk is fucking awesome on FIFA.

That's the worse Portugal team I've ever seen.

Boswinga should be RB. -Veloso is just shit on this version of fifa. Moutinho is a good DM, don't always need strength. He's in the right place at the right time and also his passing is just too good to bench. DM should be Moutinho and Meireles. Wings is meh, I usally have Nani and Quaresma on the wings but that's because I'm a Quaresma bumboy. It should really be Nani and Danny on the wings, but like I said before Danny is pretty good upfront.

As for Villareal, all their midfielders have 80+ passing and vision so you can easily get past most 5 star defence and not to mention Nilmar and Rossi upfront.

Villareal sounds good for people who can actually do skills.

I'm nowhere near as clinical with Portugal as I am with Inter.

I can't stand that formation, never works for me.

England are pretty solid Eternal, France aren't bad either and if you don't mind small players Argentina are your best bet.

The fornmation isn't the best, it's only really effective when your main forward is a beast.

Danny scored a hat-trick for me. Nice spot Marvin. Also, Eduardo is the worst keeper I've had in a long time.

@Marvin I've use Villarreal in the past and I love their attack, but it always seems like I'm hanging on by a thread when I defend with them.

Their defence is alright, good enough to keep out 5 star teams. Wouldn't advise using their default backline though.

Guarin and Falcao on FIFA

Right I'll try your Villarreal suggestion Marvin; I'll try and use them a lot more often.The more teams I can use the better, I have Man United, Inter, Man City to use against the Real Madrid's and Barcelona's so I can mix it up.

I only find Falcao useful in the penalty area; not really powerful or quick so can't run at players like Hulk can. Guarin is just a versatile monster in this game.

I have just recently downloaded the demo for Fifa 11 Manager and everytime it gets to the start menu it crashes, is this because my Laptop does not support this game. My laptop is a Dell Lattitude D620 laptop btw or is it another reason.

What settings do you have Auto switching and Auto switching move assistance on? For the latter I have it on high because I assume that it helps me with defending against through balls as the player I auto switch to moves in same direction beforehand so he doesn't stop still. But that might be why my defender sprints off in the wrong direction when defending a cross. Not sure though.

I just tried to sign Marlon Harewood on a free for crystal palace but they cancelled it because they said he was going Arsenal
