they would of had some records somewhere, maybe a hospital report from preseason medical check at chelsea for benayoun
but still that is very strange indeed. but at same time is not like arteta has an unknown knee damage that will lead to 8 month acl injury that no one knows about

On the ground we conceded the least amount of goals in the PL last season.
One of the reasons we have a shit defense, is that we can't handle set pieces because our tactics are awful for them and we conceded 53% of our goals from them.
Maybe it's the application of those tactics by players like Vermaelen that is awful.
It might be significant that Vermaelen didn't play for the majority of last season
Considering we conceded the least amount of goals, including the period where our defence was an absolute shambles, i'd say yes, it was pretty good, also considering we were competing for first place for the majority of the season, i'd say we weren't too shabby
compare a 1-0 loss at Old Trafford to an 8-2 loss.
If I have to point that much out, then its safe to say you overestimate your intelligence
You conceded the least amount of goals the season before? I don't fucking think so buddy. In 2009-10 you conceded 41 goals, the same amount as Tottenham, and more than Chelsea, Manchester United, Aston Villa, and Liverpool. In a season in which Manchester United were forced to play with the likes of Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher in defence, occasionally playing 3 at the back. Last season you conceded more than each of the Big Three as well, and this season you have conceded the most goals in the Premier League. That's all the seasons you've had your precious Vermaelen, and if you think I'm wrong, you can get fucked.

I read Benayoun's flight back to Israel was at 11 and he arrived in London quite late. He done all the paperwork at Heathrow.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
thats why i say arsenal take this risk because such thing is unlikely
and anyway
legally arsenal agree to insurances especially with loan player from another club. they must have recent record from hospital or else chelsea will unable to loan player
for permanents is maybe different but loan player is like this because i remember this happen when muntari loan to sunderland and english restictions on transfer forinternationals and domestic to have parent club insurance(maybe not with cash, but in player safety) that logistics must being met(player must be healthy) because muntari sign(more hand shake agreement)for sunderland also before he has medical but report came later. apparently this happens not often but is not uncommon or so this is what presspass says sometime ago
dont be so concern, be calm and cool

Agreed, van Persie should have had his ban increased for being disrespectful towards the referee as well.

Fabregas has said Arsene Wenger got the board to lower their asking price so he could make his dream move to Barcelona.
I hope this isn't true, by the sounds of it we could have held onto Cesc a little longer.

I'm talking about last season, where Vermaelen was injured all season, your ignorance turned arrogance is truly of the highest order. When Vermaelen doesn't play, we concede goals, having Vermaelen on the bench doesn't achieve anything, i'm not going to get caught up in an argument because you're a run of the mill Manchester United supporter. I don't need to prove anything to you but seems like you have everything to prove on the internetz, enjoy haha

I guess Wenger considered it good business to sell him before his performance dropped for Arsenal and Barcelona had a feasible reason to offer less, other than their deep rooted zionism

I think deep down we think Cesc owed us more than that, but in all honesty, if he had stayed at Barca, who knows what kind of player he could have become, not saying he isnt world-class, but he wouldn't be the same

I think you're under the delusion i'm trying to somehow make Arsenal out to be better than Manchester United...i'm not that deluded, the EPL table can tell me that itself

This has nothing to do with Manchester United, it has to do with you making up lies about Arsenal's defence.

He's going to be a classy footballer. I would've loved to see him at Arsenal coming season, with all his creativity and explosiveness on the right side of the pitch, perhaps even in the middle.
Where does he get played for his team? Right winger for the NT?

Generally does play on the right, but he isn't really an out-and-out winger, prefers to take the inside route and end up somewhere at the edge of the box (as you saw for that goal)
Him and Fetfatzidis on the same pitch is the best hope the NT has had to play properly attractive football for years, they both just need to leave Greece
that and getting Samaras the fuck out of the starting 11
