Smalling's played consistently; Evans has played for a few years; Jones played at Blackburn; Evra is one of the top 2/3 LBs in the world. Koscielny and Djourou have played a year; Traore's almost never played for Arsenal; Jenkinson was playing in League 1.
It's still a noticeable gulf in quality.

Smalling had one season at Fulham, Jones one at B'Burn.. Evans was criticised last year because he was poison. But yes... I know we have better quality.
