There was an interview where Sneidjer said he doesn't know if he'll leave Inter. There was nothing unpredictable in it. Just saying he would considering leaving and Inter would consider selling him if a decent offer was to come in.

One thing to note is that he would probably fit into the Man City side a lot better. He would be the creative spark they need and could possibly fit into a 4-2-3-1 if they play it.
At Man United, chances are he would be playing in a 4-4-2 system. He could play well in behind the striker, but that is Rooney's role. He would probably still do an excellent job at CM and a better one than most of the players who play their for us at the moment, but it's not his natural position, so you would still be limiting him in a way.
