Was about to say the same thing, Kun is good, but Tevez is on another planet.

Re: Sergio Agüero > Carlos Tévez
It wasn't intended to be a serious thread Lux.
Kun is much better than Tevéz but not because of a penalty miss. Ironic though, the man who the manager didn't even want to call up but buckled to public pressure is the man who sent them out.

Re: Sergio Agüero > Carlos Tévez
I don't see enough of Aguero and he is at Atletico so I can't really say.
But I think Tevez is great anyway. He has so much to his game...I can't imagine Aguero running around all game putting in 110%, getting stuck in. Obviously that's not all there is to football, but Tevez is no slouch in other departments either.

Meh, tbh I see it as Muslera sent Uruguay through more then Tevez sent Argentina out. His penalty wasn't awful, but Muslera was fantastic that game.

He does though, he's a very hard working striker himself and on top of that is more talented.
People say Tevéz carried City single-handedly when they have players like Yaya Toure, Silva, Kompany etc. Kun was magnificent last season and if you want an example of a team relying on 1 player it's Atlético last year.
Much more of a team player too, Tevéz is very selfish.

Re: Sergio Agüero > Carlos Tévez
Kun is no doubt the more skillfull, but Tevez simply scores goals consistently, EVERYWHERE that he has been.

Re: Sergio Agüero > Carlos Tévez
Tevez' dribbling is quite underrated. Admittedly I've not seen much of Aguero, but I'd be pretty surprised if he's any better.
Some of the stuff Tevez does in the box is like ballet. Caveman ballet.

He wasn't prolific for West Ham or Man United. He's not prolific for Argentina.

You'll be surprised if he joins City. Trust me man, he'll be better than Tevéz was for you.

If he does, I'll bump this at some point with my more informed opinion.

for united and city, aguero has an incredible record (20+ goals for 4 seasons in a row? remember hes only 22/23) in an incredibly inconsistant team.

The only seasons Agüero has impressed me was in 07/08 and last season. The two seasons before that, overrated by everybody.

Agree with that. It's like Forlán and Kun couldn't play well together at the same time.
