Re: Harry Potter Series
Read the first 6 books, loved them, got totally fucking spoiled for the Seventh the day before it was released and completely lost interest.

My favourite to read was the 4th one. I haven't read any after that.

Re: Harry Potter Series
If I had to pick one I would have to say the last one, but that's partly due to it being the clearest in my memory. I loved all of them. None of the movies really lived up to them for me. I only liked the 1st and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. I have a feeling that I will like DA: Part 2, despite the liberties taken by the film director.

I've read them all except for the last one. But my favourite one is The Prisoner of Azkaban.

I read 1-6 then by the time the 7th came out I just had no interest in it anymore and couldn't read it. Funny because I went to a release party to get it at midnight on the night it came out, was more so I could go with some girls I did have interest in.

Re: Harry Potter Series
Was just thinking, are Harry and Draco sort of distant relatives?
Bellatrix Lestrange is Sirius' cousin, and also Narcissa's (Draco's mum and Lucius' wife) sister, so I think I'm right in saying that Sirius is either a cousin or a second cousin of Narcissa, and although he isn't a blood realtive of Harry, the connection is still there, right?

Re: Harry Potter Series
I've read every book about 10-15 times, massive Potter fan!
The films are good, but they miss way too much out so it annoys me. I was left massively disappointed with The Order of the Phoenix, probably my favourite book to read, and they left so much good stuff out.

Have you seen all the films/read all the books?

Reading the whole series for the first time at the moment, just started The Order of the Phoenix (about 30 pages in).
I don't actually remember that much about the film, I'm guessing they missed quite a lot out as it's the longest book out of the ones I have read so far.

More of an orderly queue.
I saw these two massive nerds from my school dressed as wizards though. One was a chubby ginger lad with long hair, the other was a very hefty girl.

I've just gotten home from DH2, and I have to say that if you've read the books, you'll be disappointed about the movie. So much that should have been there wasn't, and a lot of things plain wrong.

I'm only on the 5th book atm, might find a website to watch the 6th and 7th (Part 1) at the weekend, so it's fresh in my memory by the time I watch part 2 (tuesday)

Imagine how Dan, Emma and Rupert will feel, they've been a part of it for all of their teenage years and no it's finishing
Does anyone know what Pottermore is?
