Small leagues/Player values

I've noticed in small leagues in other versions that top quality players have a real low value. For example, I had the best player in the game once in the SPL, but he was valued at £10m. Sold to Barcelona, he was worth £37m within a year.

Does this change during the game, for example if the league's co-efficient increases as I'm guessing it's tied down to reputation?

I think the DLR (Dynamic League Reputation) fixes it, not that I've got far enough into a save for it to have any affect

Player value is determined through player reputation.

It makes sense that a star player in the SPL would have lower reputation than a squad member of Barcelona for example..

That's not what I asked polska.

I checked his CA/PA. He was the best player in the game CA of 198. I was winning trophies in Europe and the club were among the best in the world, but the values wouldn't change.

I was wondering if this league ranking system has changed that, so player values will increase as club's reputation/league's repuation increases.

Value is probably a calculation of things including league and player reputation then...
