Well, Wisla, Legia and Lech Poznan are all roughly equal squad wise, so pretty much most of their squad.

If I had to pick... Jakub Wawrzyniak because he is a quality leftback and I don't think Cikos is good enough for Europe yet.

Or Ariel Borysiuk because he is a Polish star player in the making, and Sobolewski doesn't have much left in him.

Lechia Gdansk has a really good Lithuanian on them, Vytautus Andriuskevicius. Up and coming 19 year old left-back. He is really really good, came to the Ekstraklasa this year and had an amazing breakthrough season, I think he can make it at a top team in England, Germany or Italy one day.

Gerrard's getting a bit injury prone, and Carrick's only been playing regularly because Fletcher got fucked, and personally, I'd take Fletch over Meireles.

Gerrard wouldn't be competing with Carrick for a place in our side, he'd be competing with Rooney, and that's a battle he couldn't win. I'm remain very sceptical about Meireles.
