In all honesty a handful of them aren't really good enough for someone aiming for a top four club. They have I'd say maybe 5-6 players I'd consider "stars", with a lot of players who are just good enough and a handful of players that will probably never be that good. So yeah, they have some good players but in all honesty aside from a handful none of them make me go "wow... City are going to be unstoppable".
