The article is in Spanish but basically he says that English scouts have been looking at him for a possible call up to the Under-20 World Cup team.

Here are some translated quotes.

"I love Mexico for the time that I have spent here, but if I don't have an opportunity to represent Mexico I would accept the opportunity to play for England"




I don't know if any of you have heard me talk about this player before(I'm sure the chat thread regulars will) but a while ago I mentioned in the chat thread that this guy had an interesting history, he was born in Chester England, and his mother was an English woman and his Father was a Mexican man, and that because of this he was nicknamed Rooney, Rooney Pedroza I also jokily mentioned that I expected him to get an England call up in the future.
