Thread made to update about Mexicans across the world, also use this to discuss upcoming Mexican players or any thing you need to know about Mexican players across the world.

Will be updated on rare occasions when a Mexican player actually plays for his club, or when a United fan feels like bumming Javier Hernandez. che

Hopefully he scores tomorrow, he hasn't scored in a while, I'm not used to him going so long without scoring a goal. Neutral

In other news Salcido going to miss 4-6 weeks after Luke Young's crunching tackle.(still not over it. Sad)

Well, the recent games he's played, what service has he had?

V Spurs he got nothing, against Wolves in the league he got nothing to feed on, and we were lucky to win with Wingers that can't cross, and he didn't have long in a dead game v City.

Fingers crossed he starts with Berbatov and they do what they done v Stoke, they had a good partnership in that game.

No one is allowed to use the Ché smilie when it involves Vela, the Ché is only allowed to be used by others when describing something or someone soooo awesome that there is no other acceptable way of describing it.

    Acceptable but not limited to;

    Ché.
    Javier Hernandez.
    Danny Trejo.
    Some really good tacos.
    A really good burrito.
    Beards
    Mustaches
That white guy with the afro that paints stuff.

@ Kyro, I know, and I agree, but still it's just weird to see him not score for so long. Laughing

It's a shame that Salcido will be out for some time. There is now no one on the left to feed the head of Clint Dempsey Sad

I don't know, I like enchiladas, but I'm wary of Mexican food not made by Mexicans since the burrito incident in the paintball incident of 2006. But it can't hurt to try.

Chicharito played like an anus wipe today, but I don't expect him to have a fantastic season tbh, think he'll be quality next season though.

I don't think he was that bad(but of course I say that with biased eyes) but he wasn't great, he was pretty active at least. To be honest neither striker get too many good balls they can do something with. I'm critical of Valencia a lot but fuck did United look a whole lot better with him on the field than without him. Man, a Mexican/USA team would be amazing. Both teams individually miss something that the other has though.

You could do with Howard in goal as well. As much as you love Sanchez (and everyone else loves Ochoa), Howard would do you good (even though he is far from perfect). I also think you guys could do with Donovan (even though you would hate to admit that Smile)

As for Mexico, I'd love Salcido, Marquez, and Gio in our side. Would make us that much better. Oh, and Hernandez, of course, goes without mention. Would be such an upgrade.

Yeah, literally, the only change I would make there is Bradley for Torrado, but that might be American pride there.

Your Rodriguez in there though is the Macca or whatever guy, right (nicknamed for his home city)?

He's no world beater, to be honest I don't even like him, but he gives you a physical presence in your team that is sometimes hard to find, he's not just tall but powerful, he regularly performs well with his National team too. And a paring of Maza/Moreno is too Mexican for my taste. Onyewu/Maza partnership gives you height(Rodriguez/Onyewu),power(Onyewu) and a little bit of class when Maza feels like it.

Can't think of anyone else who can give the team what he can give to it to be honest.

Salcido played 24 minutes for Fulham in their 1-1 tie against Birmingham before being subbed off with an injury.

Barrera played the complete 90 minutes in Westham's 3-1 win over Wigan.

Hernandez did not play in Manchester United slight win over Blackburn. Vela did not play in Arsenal's 4-2 win over Aston Villa and Giovanni dos Santos won't play in Tottenham's 2-0 win over Liverpool tomorrow.
