He can be a top class Keeper on his day and has been one of the Best Keeper's in the Premiership over the year's.

Yes I think so. The weaknesses in his game get horribly exposed by the likes of Stoke and Blackburn. Still a good player but not close to Cech, Reina etc who he is often mentioned alongside.

Around the same level. Remember this Given to Arsenal rumour has been going on for years, not just this current crop of keepers.

His positioning is questionable at times, but he makes up for it with his reflexes. Keepers like that generally get overrated a lot because of the impressive looking saves.

The Given to Arsenal rumour is so far off. Arsenal sign keepers that go for balls the air, try to collect crosses and corners. Given doesn't do this.

Best at reflex saves in the league, because he's got a low centre of gravity. He's the shortest keeper in the PL. He's great at making difficult saves. He'll save any team which has him a few points by making these saves.
However his height also means he's virtually useless at gathering crosses. Don't think that costs as many points as he saves, though.
I think on the balance of both of these things he's good enough for top 6-8.
