I've tried to avoid blaming the management here, although we need a solid CB. It;s mainly down to the players attitudes.

So when 4 goal leads are pissed down the drain its the managements fault for a bad attitude? No, I can understand what your saying but it's more the team lacking a natural leader; which Fabregas isn't capable of.
