Give me your candidates, and why.

Mine's Dirk Kuyt. Simply, when was the last time he even looked like missing one? Not in a Liverpool kit as far as I know. If you remember his game vs Everton, had to take it twice, both times it was right in the corner. Nerves of steel. Best penalty taker in the Premier league? 914411

My reason why: he only missed one throughout his entire pro career, bet he could still do it now bounce

Without looking at stats I'd say Gerrard, the only times I can remember him missing he's put the rebound away.

Missed against Blackburn. He can sometimes let emotions get the better of him. Only sometimes. I'd personally have Kuyt ahead of him.

If there was a last minute penalty for my team (not United specifically, just for a team I wanted to win.)

I would pick Gerrard to take the penalty every time.

When QPR get promoted...I could say Helguson. He's ice cool when taking penalties.

I know he's not in the PL anymore, but Elano when he played for us. He had some ridiculous record for consecutive penalties scored, he was a beast at it.
