Anyone getting Black or White 2?

Looks like a proper sequel for once, it's set 2 years after the first one.

I only really buy it for the Loyalty to the game franchise, although it's still fun, It'll be a sad day when it gets released on a console that I don't own. Crying or Very sad

Although, I took my little brother's DS a few days ago and started playing Pokemon Platinum. So I guess not. shifty

Catching a Magikarp at level 4 and evolving it into a Gyarados is sooo satisfying.

All my pokemon are currently level 25-30. Planing on keeping all my original first 6 pokemon until I finish the game.

The little starter fire monkey pokemon(keep stalling evolution) Rosaria(sp?), Kriketune(sp?) Bibarel(sp?) Gyarados, and Stravaria(sp?)

They're all okay except for Kriketune and Bibarel. Bibarel gets by with his hyper fang, but Kriketune sucks so much ass. Bug bite, Bide, Sing and Cut. Just don't cut it. (see what I did there?)

My mate kept a magikarp as a magikarp for the whole game, he managed to level it up, using exp share and other things, to like level 80 and it only knew tackle. Laughing

He brought it out at the fight against Gary to deliver the killing blow which won him the league champion ship. Laughing

I was so excited when my Magikarp learn tackle. Meant I could grind easier. Turns out his tackle does like 1hp damage. The Pokémon Thread - Page 31 2145057481

I want the new gameboy and Pokemon heartgold + black 2. I wonder how much that'd cost. Got to check it out soon enough. Started with FireRed again. I will probably post my team later today or tomorrow.

Nothing too special, just for in-game. Just got my fourth badge. Going to the Safari Zone next to get Surf (and Strength) so I can teach it to my Blastoise. Glad I found a Cubone with a Thick Club after two hours of searching (5% chance of finding one and Cubone's are pretty rare themselves, so I guess I was a bit lucky), so it doubles Marowak's attack stat. Butterfree is handling himself suprisingly well. His ability makes Sleep Powder hit 87,% of the time, instead of 70%, so that's pretty awesome. Sleep Powder > Supersonic > Any attack move. The rest is nothing special. I love Flareon btw. One of the most underrated Pokemon, but it kicks ass. I always liked the Eeveelutions, though.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I just ordered a Nintendo DS Lite and Pokémon White 2. How does the online trade thingy work? Does anybody have a Turtwig and/or Cyndaquil up for trade? I just love Torterra and Typhlosion.

No idea mate. Should be able to get one online, but make sure it's a new one, because after a while the internal battery runs dry, which limits the game in some stuff. Berries don't grow, as example.

I'd suggest to get a Nintendo DS somewhere and go for one of the newer games. You can practically get all Pokémon through WiFi trades, I think.

I've played White on an emulator and I'm only at the fourth gym in White 2, so I can't tell you al lot about it. You can catch other region's Pokémon throughout the game, that's probably one of the major differences. Currently using Dewott, Flaaffy, Growlithe and Umbreon. Some little twists, like Elesa has a new gym and I think the first gym is different aswell. Overall the game has been upgraded and renewed. If you enjoyed B/W, I recommend getting one of the new games.

Bought Pokemon White 2 a few days ago. Along with a 3DS.

So far it's pretty sweet. Of course..I'm only 1 gym in and in the new area/starting area. Hope it doesn't get dull once I step into the same areas as last game (B/W)

    Snivy, RIOLU, and Mareep.

So sick. Riolu has always been a favorite of mine. And rare as hell in past games. This is great.

    Level 13s atm.

If you need some help, I have some decent Pokémon. Aswell as some DWF's.

You might also want to use the mystery gift option. You get a level 50 Keldeo. Ends tomorrow.

Seems like everyone is using Lucario.. which makes sense.. hes awesome for me so far.

My team.. 3rd gym.. haven't faced it yet.

    Lvl 20 Elekid
    Lvl 20 Lucario
    Lvl 20 Snivy 2nd evo.

It's really all I have at the moment..

I received the mystery gift during the time period.. so I grabbed a Keledo from the delivery man.

    Lvl 50 Modest
    The Pokémon Thread - Page 31 Spr_5b_647

Of course can't use it yet.. don't even know if I want to later down the line.. but it looks sweet.

My team is fragile as shit.. the starter is weak and can't hit much with lame grass.. Elekid can do some damage.. but frail... but since Riolu finally evolved recently, I can actually use him like a boss.

Need to find more Pokemon partners.. ones with more punch and power.. pure power.

    Elekid- Brave nature +atk/-speed
    Snivy- Relaxed nature +spdef/-spatk
    Lucario- Hardy nature /neutral\

Yes.. I know.. but it's in-game, and I'm trying not to care so much about natures.. and as long as they don't take away from the stat(s) i plan on using.. I run with them.
