    All you can do is rest it really. Once you feel better get in the gym and strengthen it

    Yeah when you lift weights for example you destroy muscles, then need protein to rebuild these.

    I'm allergic to that shit, every time I use it I come out in a rash and it burns really intensely. I know it's supposed to burn, but not as much as it burns me.

    Can't you buy one of those strap things and put in on your leg so it stays tight?

    Or just get a massage on our leg and keep the muscle under really hot water then really cold water. I did that the other week and it eases it up for a few hours.
