You only had like 2 chances, of course you couldn't kill it off.

To be fair we had more then 2 chances, maybe not clear cut, but they can still go down as chances.
Mate, you had nothing to kill off.

Exactly, killing a game off is usually looking for a 2nd/3rd goal to secure the points. Not score the opening goal Neutral

We had to score to kill United off, if we scored with 10 men, your heads would have most likely dropped.

1-0 up, hardly any time on the clock, a poor united side with 10 men against a determined Spurs attack. I'd say it was killing a game off.

Stop being a grade A cunt Kyro. Really am surprised you're acting like this.

I'll agree that it wasn't a second yellow, but at the same time we should've had a penalty for Vidic having a chunk of Van Der Vaart's shirt. I know you're angry about the ref, but remember all the decisions that have gone your way against us up at Old Trafford. I'm not saying that justifies the sending off, but luck swung our way in that respect today with the red card for Rafael. Only thing I'm annoyed about really is Palacios deciding to shoot instead of passing and if there is one thing he does worse than passing.. it's shooting! Tottenham V Man United - Page 15 58503

How can you kill a game off by going one goal ahead? Makes no sense unless it's the dying seconds and even then it wouldn't be called killing it off.

I agree that was a penalty, in fairness to the reffere (can't believe I said that) He didn't have the best of views because VdV was on the turn.
