I'm rooting for Spurs. Wonder if United will slip a bit if they lose this game, havent been in amazing form this year and getting their first loss could be the beginning of a poor run.

    We'll go

    PIG
    Rafeal - Rio - Vidic - Evra
    Fletcher - Carrick - Anderson
    Nani - Berbatov - Rooney

We'll need to pack the midfield against them.

Really is too tight to call a clear winner, we will give them problems and they will cause us problems. Both sides will score, but as in recent years we have started to get rid of so called 'hoodoos' we may just get rid of this one tomorrow. I reckon Defoe will score for us and probably either Berbatov or Rooney for United.

Hope it's a great game to watch and not overshadowed by poor refereeing decisions, like a few games down the years between Spurs and United. Mendes' non goal springs to mind, along with the Carrick penalty a couple of years ago, and yes I know we lost 5-2 and that was just 1 of the goals, I still think our mentality was not strong enough that day to cope with United's momentum after that incident. We have a much tougher mentality nowadays though, proven by the comebacks against Inter and Arsenal, wins with 10 men against Villa (may I add away from home) and Newcastle. I think the Everton result was a blip due to fatigue from the 3 games beforehand, which included the games against Villa and Newcastle.

After resting key players against Charlton, I feel we will be refreshed and ready for the challenge ahead tomorrow. With home crowd buzzing and Bale, VDV, Defoe, Modric, Lennon, Dawson, and (hopefully) Gomes, we will certainly not be pushovers and may very well end the unbeaten streak.

2-1 will be the scoreline, who gets the 2 goals that wins the game is anybody's guess really.

Well he can play well there and if they play Corluka RB Rooney will tear him to bits, hopefully.

Also, I doubt we'll go 4-4-2, unless Giggs goes LM and we play two upfront, which I don't see us doing tomorrow.

The first formation won't work versus Spurs, it will contain their midfield though but lacks attacking threat (weird huh when you have 2 strikers playing.) Thing is Berbaclass won't play striker alone, he'd get easily out marked. He needs someone to combine with for quick plays.

I hope SAF plays the 442, gives attacking edge on the wings and the wingers can also help mark (Lennon, Bale) also you have to strikers to worry their two CB's.
