If he's peaked it was well before he joined Arsenal. His peak was more
than likely during the season prior to the Euros and up through the
Euros when people that didn't follow the RPL started to take notice of
him. Even with the work ethic of Samir "The Beast" Nasri, I do not
think he would be the best attacking player at the club because I still think Nasri and Fabregas are better play-makers than he is.

Well you're wrong because despite Nasri being on form all season and Arshavin being his normal inconsistent self he has setup 10 more goals than Nasri. Samir is a better goal scorer than play-maker. Arshavin is very balanced between the two.
