But yeah, I'd say Howson is better in that attacking role, kinda like what Gerrard does. Drifts to and from the right a bit and is good at driving up the attack.

I think Watt doesn't care about the club as much as he should. He's playing for himself and although it's what he should be doing when out on loan at a young age, I don't like it. He seemed a tad lazy yesterday and didn't give 100% like he did against Arsenal.

Yeah, he seems like he's trying to impress individually and if it's not going his way he's not bothered.

I'd start Sam ahead of him with Gradel up front or playing central behind Becchio who could hold it up for him.

Yeah I went. was best away atmosphere in the league this season and Portsmouth were as quiet as Arsenal! Unlucky about you having to pay for your tickets.

Somma is more impact for me. I think he has only scored against Middlesborough when started. I think of him as Beckford 2.0. A better all round player but still that tad lazy. He doesn't jump for the ball very often either.

Yeah they take a few minutes to power up as well. The guy informing us what was going on kept saying it was an external problem and kept getting told to fuck off from our fans.

Yeah that's exactly what I thought too. Scores more from the bench and games like Doncaster when he started he was ineffectual.

Yeah. He did give 100% but that's sometimes not good enough. Hopefully that Johnson goal sparks interest and raises some funds for a new player.

Yeah it's been decent enough, would liked to have seen maybe one signing for the first team but overall not too bothered cause we have an alright squad so saving a bit of cash is good.

Decent point, especially considering our usual Tuesday night disasters.

The points are slowly racking up. Losing once in 16 is a very decent run, just need to turn some draws into wins. Just when we seemed to have learnt to defend leads, suddenly we seem to like to go behind then make ourselves have to come back.

Yeah, I'm happy with the transfer window and the season so far, but it's been clear the entire year that our defence isn't up to it. Wish they'd address this.

Yeah, head injury. Think he ran into an elbow, at least I hope he ran into and it wasn't intentional. You had a couple off the line and 3 great saves from your keeper. Really frustrated. Snodgrass is a proper tit, was having ago at the ball boy because he rolled the ball to him rather than throwing it. Was in linesmans ear all the time too. Great free kick though.

Fair point James do you think? Just spoke to my mate on his way home and he seems to think a point was fair, which says a lot because he normally finds milions of excuses why we deserved to win (even if it is true sometimes, he makes it sound like we were hard done by every single time we drop points. )
