Stuff he's said about us in the past, his attitude towards us when we tried to sign Barry and his general way of doing things. I'd hate to have him on our touchline leaping about like a fucking frog if we score.
What things did he say about use before? I can't seem to remember.
He's attacked the club a few times when we've tried to sign one of his players, accussed us of tapping them up. He had a go at the fans one year as well.
Tbh, his record at Villa wasn't even that good. Yeah, he got them into 6th - it was his fault they never got in the Champions League.
Oh yes i remember he accusations of tapping up now.
I've always thought of him as a very consistent manager though, he had three 6th place finishes in a row (although you can argue if he rotated his squad more they could've got 4th), at Celtic i remember his team always finished with roughly the same points total, and at Leicester he always got them into the top 10 of the league.

I'd love it if MON went to Liverpool... he spunked millions on mediocrity at Villa and then threw his toys out the pram when the chairman told him there were limited funds. Fair enough too, he gave him a lot of money out of his own pocket and had nothing to show for it apart from a couple top 6 finishes

The reason he left is because they got rid of key players without making good signings, so he left and Houllier hasn't had a chance to buy any one because he was appointed after the transfer window.

Numerous reasons. Players leaving, the players there suiting MON's tactics, Houillier not exactly being a proven manager anymore.
