Re: Santon eyes English switch
hasn't been very impressive this season, I haven't heard any top English club linked with him, but I'm sure City would buy him for a ridiculously unnecessary price.

As much as I love Rafa, he hasn't given Santon enough chances.

Wouldn't mind seeing him at Arsenal. The kid is true quality. Haven't seen him play at all this season, but in 08/09 he had some very nice displays for being a teenager.

Re: Santon eyes English switch
Don't see why he would go to the EPL.
Should probably loaned out to other Italian clubs like Genoa etc.

Re: Santon eyes English switch
I'm sure the fact that many English clubs would gladly increase his wages and play him more than Rafa is not a good enough reason to come to England.

We could do with him at Liverpool. Switch Johnson to RW, stick him at RB, Sorted

Re: Santon eyes English switch
benitez should just continueing same structure and policies as mourinho
it was winning formula
but stupid naive benitez trying to make his own impact and restructure everything
change winning team into backwater
to many time manager have ruin clubs in same fashion. rather than stick to same system they think they are too big for that and will try and stamp their own one that will go on to fail
had benitez used the same formation, system, training scheme and overall policy, internazionale would be winning serie a and would having no problem in champion league. his own arrogance will lead to his downfall

Those prove that he is an accomplished manager...not necessarily his ability to manage Inter though.

Can we judge him when he has a fit squad to pick from?
He is being constantly undermined by Moratti in the press. You take maybe 6 key players out of any top team in Europe and they are going to struggle, that's just how it is. This man has defied the odds before and I am sure he can do it again at Inter, maybe a little patience is needed. Sure if he gets the players fit and the team is still playing below par, yes he needs to take some blame. He has a bigger résumé than any other boss in Serie A, he will be under the spotlight a lot sure, but I think with a chance and support he could turn this round.

He should stay away, no space at Arsenal and Tottenham will ruin him. Chelsea... just no

what the fuck
resume stuff is nonsense
managers to new leagues shouldnt live on past especially since benitez never managed in serie a. this is especially funny for such a man of "high esteem" to being tactically outclass so many times this season in serie a by relative noobs of other clubs must being quite embarrassing
internazionale won serie a in previous seasons because of the depth they have available to play rigid defensive counter attack system. benitez ripped that out and try to have the team playing naive attacking football with no organized defence. samuels injury was not helpful but happened far later after cracks showed. benitez cannot change a game in serie a, to many time his team failed to come back from lost leads and even when they take lead they let other teams back into match.
the way u speak, naturally of a former fan of benitez but take ur tint glasses off. or maybe u have not followed internazionale much this season. either way ur comment are very ill informed and u dont seem aware of the current situation at internazionale

Benitez is a shit manager and I really don't see why Liverpool fans love him so much.

He would be a good signing for us, we don't have a young promising RB as what Santon is.
