I don't know what to tie this with, the fact that you don't follow Barcelona or the fact that you don't know what "fringe player" means. Pedro is a guaranteed starting XI player for Barcelona and excels in his position. He also plays for the best national team in the world. He could easily walk into Arsenal's squad and is much better than Walcott.
