Could be him, it's hard to tell. There are a lot of players who had poor years. Ronaldinho could have been left off the list for someone else, though. Perhaps Julio Baptista.

I think that's why they included him. Also others who were injured or are being naughty (Cassano). I guess it could more specifically be "awarded" to the player who had the worst year (for him).
