In what way? Yes Rooney should be there, but most of the names on that list fully deserve to be there. Obviously missed Paul Konchesky off though, I'm sure they'll add him one they realise their mistake.

I'd go as far as even question what Lugano is doing there, he looked a joke in the World Cup group stages

The list isn't that bad. I mean, yeah the central midfielder nominees kinda suck but, there isn't really any glaring mistakes.

Fullbacks could be better too, but yeah apart from that as well.

Dunno wtf Johnson is doing there now that you mention it, but the others all had great seasons, especially Eduardo.

Lugano and Godin both fucked up at certain points during the WC tbf, don't recall a game where they both had a great performance. Was always one clearing up after the other.
