Completely dominated, would have been 4-1 had it not been for some out of this world GK.. The way we contained United was excellent. Very happy for Welbeck.
The hoofballing by United was shocking, literally 30mins of hoof balling
RR has probably killed himself the cocksucker, dat amazing progress even Moyes was undefeated Vs Arsenal.

Can't get over how shit United are and how much of a flop their star signings have been. Di Maria
Can't wait to play them at Anfield soon.

I'm genuinely embarrassed for Man Utd after that. Totally shocking performance all around.

Could be a Liverpool/Arsenal final. That won't be fun.

Considering Sanchez is playing in a more attacking team and had more time to settle in it's odd how Sanchez is near-universally regarded as world class while Di Maria is regarded as having been crap. Do people really judge players' talent by their transfer fee?
Yeah Di Maria really dispelled that crap myth tonight

Had to happen eventually, just glad it wasn't in an important competition.

I didn't think he was bad. He created a goal with a great cross and got sent off by a referee who didn't even see the incident. The only shit United player tonight was Valencia.Keyser Söze wrote:ResurrectionRooney wrote:I'm surprised by how close that is to be honest. Considering how awful refereeing has been since and during the WC, the global refereeing association should pass around a tape of Oliver's performance tonight, it was nothing short of magnificent.

The 2 non-penalty calls were superb. Genuinely thought Januzaj was fouled, in real-time.

It only looked like a foul in real time because of the camera angle, it was pretty blatant if you had a better angle:

From an Arsenal forum
Arsenal are just going to be too much for Man Utd tonight.
They will outperform them in midfield, with Santi Cazorla in the form of his life, Coquelin doing the dirty side of the game and Ozil finally hitting some form in an Arsenal shirt. Quality, quality, quality in this area from Arsenal.
Defensively, Arsenal can be suspect, especially in big games, but I don't see Man Utd's strikers causing too many issues. None are in great form and none should scare this Arsenal defence really.
Meanwhile, going forward, Arsenal have great options. Giroud is in the form of his life, has a better goals ratio than Diego Costa this season and literally cannot stop scoring in domestic competitions. He's a machine. It's almost not fair.
Alexis Sanchez is one of the players of the season and after a short barren spell, he scored a very good goal the other day, which is ominous for Man Utd.
Welbeck will have a point to prove and his workrate is a breath of fresh air. Alternatively, Theo Walcott is in fine goalscoring form of his own and we all know he is a man for the big occasion. Ozil has his Platinum Assist Package ready for any of the three forwards. You just wonder if they want it? Do they want it? Do they though, Martin? I think they do.
Arsenal have the better attacking options.
Arsenal have players in-form throughout their side.
Arsenal will boss possession, even with their newer style of play, which places less emphasis on having the ball.
Arsenal will create more.
Man Utd will win 3-0.

That touch by Welbeck is stunning. Completely rapes De Gea

That final was very boring, mostly because Villa fought about as much as Ghandi.

Villa could have been Mike Tyson and it still wouldn't have mattered when you're getting nuked.
