Ha, yeah. My fam has a pretty good sense of humor. We take a lot of digs at each other but it's usually all in good fun. My dad in particular is good at taking shots at people. My mom kinda has skinny legs so a couple week ago my dad said that she didn't need a Halloween costume because all she had to do was wear a dress and it'd look like she was a ghost floating in mid air.

That shit had me rollin'. Laughing

Nope, saving it for Christmas break. I intend to start with The Hobbit anyway (which I've bought).

Very good.  I got a nice Folio binding of it for my birthday, so I've started reading it again.  I haven't read it for a while, so I was just a wee bit taken aback by how old-fashioned the writing seemed.  Not in a bad way, but in a traditional, charming kind of way.  It's a nice contrast to the almost brutal language of ASOIAF.  I hope you enjoy it.

I hope I do too, I did pay 30 pounds for those books purely on your recommendation. Rolling Eyes

But seriously, I've heard that many times before. I doubt it will bother me at all, diction rarely puts me off books unless it is annoyingly abstruse.

My recommendation?  As opposed to the thousands of others who have praised his imagination, attention to detail, and ability to revolutionise the entire fantasy genre? Smile  I am touched.

At this point, I am just not sure whether I enjoy the charming writing so much because I associate the stories/books with a time in my life when I really started to love reading or if it's actually appealing.  study  I am interested to hear what an unbiased, fresh pair of eyes has to say on the matter.

I was on the fence of buying it for the Xbone since I already bought it on the previous console but this is really tempting. I wouldn't mind replaying the GTA V story in first person mode.

But with Lego batman 3 and the new dragon age coming out in a few days too I'm weary of dropping so much money on video games. I recently bought a kinect for god knows why, all it does is make me uncomfortable when I masturbate.
Target will give you $30 for your 360 GTA if you get it again for Xbone.

I'll watch it.Being on HBO and directed by Fincher, I have no doubt it will be a good show. I just wish that he was working on an original project and not a remake of Utopia. The soundtrack, the way it looks, and the dark places Utopia goes to aren't going to be easy to emulate and they're all key in making the show what it is.

Now that I think about it, three months ago I said Vela was better than Alexis. I still think he is better, just playing for a worse team. And now that I think about it, around 8 months ago I said that Real Sociedad would beat Arsenal over two legs. think

I can't wait for Vela to come back to the national team. That front tree of Gio, Hernandez, Vela is going to be gross to defend against on FIFA.  rub hands

Also exited to see if Tecatito gets some minutes. I think he's the most talented young player Mexico has. Also Jona coming back is good news. His distribution of the ball is better than anyone in the mid right now. The talent is there, now its just a matter of figuring the defense out. I don't trust Alanis in the back. Moreno, Mier, and Cata are more reliable than he is. Maybe even Herrera from Pachuca. The question going forward is if Piojo is going to stick with a line of 5. I hope he doesn't because his current set up doesn't allow for players like Tecatito and Damm to play in their natural position.

Even our center backs aren't suited for a backline of 5 defenders. Of the last few games every center back that has filled that middle centerback position Rafa used to occupy has looked a bit awkward. The backline as a whole though is going to go through some growing pain with most of the old guard (Salcido, Maza, Rafa) probably not going to see too many call ups in the future and Moreno still out injured.

I remember calling that back in 2012 when Rafinha had the flu. We ended up destroying Hoffenheim and Basel (remember when I used to hype Mario Gómez as the best striker in the world?) and from there it was history. Alaba is going to be in the UEFA Team of the Year again and hopefully his peers vote him into the FIFPro Team of the Year. Chat Thread - Page 6 GezrXtZ

i was about to drop the class (and forfeit ~$800 i think) because there was no way I would have recovered from a 21%

Target has a good Black Friday deal that I'm considering. Xbox One 500 GB + Assassin’s Creed Unity + Assassin’s Black Flag + $50 Target Gift Card. It's all for $329.99.

I don't know, to be honest. I found the deal on www.theblackfriday.com

Target is currently running that deal for $349.99 but without the $50 Target gift card. You can order it online now.

Best Buy is also running a similar deal on Black Friday. It's an Xbox One 500 GB + Assassin's Creed Unity + Kinect + Free Controller for $429.99.

I just looked around on Amazon and they have the 500GB Xbox One + both Assassin's Creed games for $349.00. So it's a dollar cheaper than what Target is currently offering. But if you wait for Black Friday, you can get a $50 gift card from Target and $20 off. So that's a $70 savings.

I have 60 dollars in Target Gift cards from last Christmas as well. think  It is tempting, but having already bought this year's FIFA for the 360, I feel as if I am set until next August, and even then I might not be able to play until the January after that.  Tough decision.
