Started 2nd year well though. Been eating well and been going swimming and to the gym, and also joined a Futsal team.
Cut all fast-food, ready meals, crisps, chocolate and cheese from my diet.
That sounds amazing. A stone and a half seems like a lot though.
You don't have to cut anything out of a diet though, just make sure you're around the right number of calories and you can eat pretty much anything.

Health wise you so long as you're not being unreasonable it doesn't make much difference. I'm not saying eat fast food every day, it's fine to have it in moderation. If you generally get micronutrients, vitamins and minerals you'll be fine.

I'm 5'10'' (177 cm). I know that my BMI is good, but BMI isn't a great tool to assess health. My body fat percentage is about 15% or a bit less. I consider myself pretty healthy. I'm just aiming at a body fat percentage of around 10% and making sure I'm eating healthy.

i think that was the first television series i actually attached to, watching the "new" episode whenever it came out. i used to have such a crush on Marissa omfg mane
I think that's why I like The OC and Friday Night Lights so much, i grew up watching them tbh
Honestly i have no idea how people can binge-watch like 20 episodes just to catch up to it, i remember so many people at my school did that with Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy a couple of years ago. I haven't even watched past the 1st season of Breaking Bad, never touched Sons of Anarchy.
