Tight game so far, thought we were the better side until the last 10 minutes. Moreno went to sleep for that goal. Just clear it. But it was pretty good awareness from Jovetic. Mignolet should have done much better too. Didn't even spread himself/make himself big.

Overall I've been impressed with Moreno. Very good going forward and dealt with City well in defence too. Nice to finally have a good left back.

    Coutinho having a shocker.

    Sterling is unbelievable.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. It's his debut, against the Champions in their own back yard. Putting that into consideration, he's had an excellent half. Johnson, on the other hand, has been abysmal going forward. Loses it with his shit passing. Manquillo should replace him asap.

C'mon Moreno was excellent for Sevilla, one poor half at the Etihad does not a poor player make.

Johnson has actually been playing alright. Moreno was turned by Nasri/Zabaleta quite a few times in the first half, and obviously at fault for their goal too.

Yea, Aguero's pace just puts him ahead for my money, of course though I've seen much more of Aguero

I know Joe Allen hasn't played well tonight, but I'd definitely take him over Iniesta because who knows how Iniesta would adapt to the Premier League?

Yea just look at Ozil, everyone knows if he struggled to adapt that means the whole of La Liga would.

Don't think Yaya Toure would get in this Liverpool team above Henderson, he just doesn't suit their pressing game.

Brilliant from Kompany there. Don't think he'd get in this Liverpool side over Sakho though. He's extremely over-rated and most City fans actually want him dropped.

Moreno was absolutely shit rofl  Scott building him up for weeks and he turns out to cost Liverpool in the biggest game they'll play all season.

And Marković was totally invisible, might as well have not come on Laughing

Very poor second half, strong decline after a relatively decent first half. 3-1 is more or less the deserved scoreline.

The only real positives I can take from that are that Markovic looked pretty good when he came on, and Johnson is now injured.

rofl Johnson was fine tonight.  Moreno got caught out a few times and the one time he used his pace effectively, he ignored the simple pass across the goal to the hungry Studge and cut it back into bodies.   He might be fine in the long run, but at least be consistent.
