Can I ask the assistant to change the players positions or do I have to individually change it during the conversations you have with the players like in the demo?

Sounds like you're on about the preffered moves as the only way I know of to train your players in other positions is in the training bit of the player profile, occasionly your staff suggest a preffered move for your player to learn but if you want them to learn it you have to tell them in the private chat the staff can't do it for you.
