    Having good backroom staff in my experience is essential to the having a successful time developing players, so if you guys ever find a good coach, make sure to post his name in here! Razz

    One coach I know is Chris van der Weerden, starts as a youth coach at PSV, easy and cheap to convince him away from there and is an excellent attacking coach.

    King of all Assistant managers, Mark Bowen from Wales. Motivation is high and tactical knowledge is high. If you can get him he's the best assistant manager I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Ended up manage of Juventus after being my assistant for 5 seasons.

    Valter Di Salvo is one of the best Asst. Mans in the game. He wants like, £12k p/w though.

    Baladini is an Excellent Ass man. He once took over my liverpool team when i went to madrid. He was very successful.
