Put out of position by Toni Kroos i remember when people on EA laughed for saying Kroos > Erzil

More like both are too good to drop, and Kroos would be utterly useless on the wing.

More like Kroos is the better player and thus should be the hub of the team. What was Germany winning with Erzil in the middle?
And what has Germany won with Kroos in the middle?

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Lmfao. Is that definitely real?
Surely they're doing this on purpose? Their final video could be a twist, and paint Arsenal in a good light? I don't know. Having 2 adverts so far showing their humiliating 5-1 and 6-0 losses is a bit much Unless they're going to show all the thrashings, so maybe Spurs 0-5 Liverpool next?
Or maybe they'll show some more Arsenal smashings Like against City.

So convinced there will be a twist and Arsenal fans will feel stupid for fuming about the previous adverts.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Pretty sure it's real, there's too much footage of famous people reacting and a bit of expensive CGI for it to be anything else.
I think they're just a bit unfortunate, both those matches were on BT and they were the two most noteworthy matches BT showed, to my memory at least. I think BT had the rights to the FA Cup Final, but beating Hull Reserves in Extra Time isn't that notable.

Bet the last video will be Arsenal winning the FA Cup. It'll show the road to the final, including wins over Spurs, Liverpool and Everton. Do not think Chamberlain would have agreed to that advert if it was just going to be pure humiliation.

I'm disappointed with BT Sport, and I'll probably be cancelling my free subscription after this.

Those statistics are all selective, subjective and/or completely made up.

People defending Ozil to death are just as bad as the ones who are being overly critical of him.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Good to see Mourinho opening the unpleasantries early this year. Saying Fabregas never had any intention of going back to Arsenal and it was easy to convince him to sign for Chelsea, and blaming Wilshere for kids smoking.

Only good things to say about United, naturally.

Post by Cesc Fàbregas.
"It wasn't meant to be". If he had no intention, he wouldn't be saying those words.

"It wasn't meant to be" is a meaningless statement used by people who don't want to attribute responsibility to any real person.

Fabregas wrote:Yes, everyone knows that Arsenal had the first option to sign me. They decided not to take this option and therefore it wasn’t meant to be. I considered all the other offers very carefully
Chelsea were just "others".
Fabregas wrote:Arsenal was first option, but Wenger said he had Ozil at my position. I had 2-3 other options in England, Mourinho won me over.
Obviously Mourinho isn't going to admit he signed Wenger's sloppy seconds

Great stuff. It's going to be so awkward for Mourinho when Fabregas comes out and contradicts him.

If Fabregas wanted everyone to know that he wanted to go to Arsenal and that Chelsea were his second choice he's going to angry with Mourinho for embarrassing Arsenal by saying the opposite. If Fabregas has been misrepresented he's sure to come out and reiterate his love for Arsenal which will cause a lot of trouble for Mourinho.

At the time it was 1st reported it was said that Milan wanted £25-30million and he wanted wages of £150K. Considering the world cup he's had that would have been ridiculous. I'd have much prefered Remy at £8million. With it now being reported that Milan will accept £15million I think that would be a good deal, I'd want him for that price.
I think Fabregas's comments were just natural. I think he knew it was common knowledge that Arsenal were his 1st choice so he said it as it was. When we 1st play Chelsea the build up will no doubt be surrounded by the Fabregas saga, I'm pretty sure Mourinho will have told him what to say by then and I expect his comments about Arsenal will be much more mooted and he'll be talking about he likes Chelsea more and such and such.
