Re: Chat Thread
Can anyone explain what sustainability is in the construction industry? Or do I have to try and make effort on Google? nothing long, I just need a brief description that looks like it's in my words for my notes later today..

The basic answer is they want to buid something that will last a long time. To do this they need to use materials that don't break easily.
The problem is that the materials that last a long time are brittle which
Means they break without warning which is very dangerous if you make a bridge for example.
Just to clarify, i mean there is no sign when they break and not they break randomly.
So builders look for a material that is a good compromise of brittle and ductile( this means like plastic, easy to bend),
This is why wood is amazing, it's strong and it is ductile. Signs of breakage, also easy to manufacture but lets not get Into that
Hopefullly that is what you wanted, I only got a b+ in this subject

It's the worst.
At least I haven't had to work more than two hours over anything yet.

When people say a team kicked the other out of the park what does it mean? Outplayed them?

Nah Grenade, in Sunday League terms kicked them off the park means they are dirty cuunts and foul

It was always the team from the deprived inner city areas and had 11 black kids too

Re: Chat Thread
Sunday League kicked off whenever there was a black kid, it was automatically known he had blistering pace, a foreigner had skills.
There was allways a dodgy player who looked about 42 in Under 16s too.

Re: Chat Thread
I used to get man marked out of games as people knew I was the star striker. We had our surnames on the back of our shirts so it was a bit of a giveaway and everyone knew who I was as the website displayed the top scorers an obviously I was on it. Even though my team were shit too.
Once had a player try swap shirts with me after the game I was that good
