You need FMRTE, then just make the years to apply for citizenship 1 year and change the amount of days that the player has stayed in the country to surpass 1 year (i.e set him 366 days+)

Or you could just straight give him the nationality but it feels wierd. Imagine giving a player such as Rooney the nationality of Somalia without his England nationality or something

Tell me about it. I remember turning on the shower in the morning before going to close down FM. After a while I wondered why the fuck there was steam coming from the bathroom and then realised I'd left the shower running for about half an hour.
