Boiled eggs, almonds, walnuts, milk as god tier food, otherwise some snack meat i.e. pepperami or cheese or something.

We have some healthy nut shop in town I'm gonna go there tomorrow, get some nuts and those dried out bananas and stuff, I like that, replace it over chocolate.

Milk will be my new drink at dinner time.

Will invest in pepperami and cheese on crackers etc.

Nuts are great nutrition if you can be bothered. Pain in the arse to eat loads of them though, they don't taste particularly good unsalted.

Pumpkin seeds are god tier too, they just get really sickly, if I could crush them and mix them up in something like my food that would be alright?

Wouldn't even taste it, sounds rank but would work.
