well.. woke up this morning in a&e, needed stitches in my hand, and had 6 times over the driving limit for alcohol. have been nursing the devil of all hangovers all day. 2013 might not be my year.

So annoyed, I have £12 on my phone but I need £13 for my Blackberry bolt on's. (BBM, texts..)

So O2 are going to take the £12 off me for no reason. leaving me having to top up another £13 just to get my bolt on's.

Forest, I am doing my own shopping now, for the next 6 months I am living off:

Brown rice
Pasta
Spinach and other power vegtables
Sweetcorn, Peas
Chicken breast
Beans on toast
Innocent fruit smoothies
Tuna
Salmon
Cheeses

And doing 3 gym sessions a week with 2-3 cardio sessions. Cardio sessions starting tomorrow.

I plan to eat fuck loads of chicken which I already do anyway cos I have the taste buds of a black man, and I will stop eating crisps and kebabs I plan on.

I did the kebab one last year. No kebabs from 1st Jan, until the 1st night of my holiday. It tasted so fucking good though tbf and I had 1 every night on holiday after that

Same, I am removing myself from my Mum and Dads meals, I will have 3 square meals a day, sick kunt food and do all my own food shopping every friday afternoon, I am not phucking around.

I've just wrote up a budget chart and given myself targets, I will actually stick to this.
