Manchester this weekend confirmed! My boss wasn't happy but she authorised it for me in the end. Should have been done weeks ago so it's her error for losing my form.

Dat fresh hair cut feeling
Strong pointless day at college, went in at 11.25, was there for 2 and a half hours and done one lesson, I wish lecturers could let you know if they're going to be ill or something, even if it is inconvenient.
Fucking freezing outside atm, I can tell Christmas is coming, give me cold and windy weather over rain any day.

Middlesex Uni
I'm a bit of a tease, I like to play hard to get, so after a session in Camden, and some serious flirting with this hot guy, he asks if he can come back to mine, so I said yes... I found him attractive so it was fair game... anyway, the fun began when we got into my room... I wanted to play a little game with him, just for a laugh. So I said "You can only sleep with me if you can tell me the make of that handbag on the floor". I pointed at my TopShop handbag... and then he says... "Ha ha, do you think i'm stupid? I bought my girlfriend the same one last week... ". He pauses, and I blankly stare at him, and he then promptly leaves.

Re: Chat Thread
Does this make sense to anyone?
A few of my mates have jobs and like me have a phone contract, so it's about £25 a month. I was on the subject and just mentioned how I pay my phone bill every month.
I was astonished to find out how hardly any of my mates pay for it and their Mum's do, it seems ridiculous if you have a job and don't pay your way for things like a phone contract and still take a £20 every week or so off your Mum. I'm not saying that's bad, my Mum might sometimes give me a fiver if I go to Spoons or something.
Maybe it's just me but I can't comprehend that at all

I know what you mean, it stupid
My mate had his phone bill paid by his parents every month even though he could have paid himself
Now he has a job getting like £1000 a month and pays nothing to them.

I'm fine with parents treating kids, my parents still do, it's what happens when living with your Mum and Dad unless you're over like 19/20 or something. I don't understand it, I give my mum £70 a month for rent and phone bill, it's not much but gives me a sense of the principle of having to get used to not being able to keep money, I don't get taxed so I don't care really.
It completley destroys the purpose of getting a job.
Theo Filippo wrote:Maybe these people have more generous parents?
Maybe, but I answered this point in my paragraph above.

You lucky cunt, what's it like?
I'm tempted to get one but I don't want to make any big purchases until my probation for work has passed. I'll feel like a right cunt if I buy loads of shit then don't have a job.

I would never get an allowance from my parents, but they did give me a credit card. I would mainly use it for gas though. They didn't pay for my college tuition, entertainment, and even borrowed $5,000 from me (my dad probably won't pay me back).
On the other hand, my cousin's father tells my cousin to go through his pocket for how ever much money he needs everyday, he pays for his college tuition, buys him his phones, will even buy him a car (and possibly a house). Yet when his parents refuse to buy him a particular thing, he calls them cheap.

My internet got disconnected for a few minutes and I thought the ISP had cancelled my subscription because my uncle didn't pay the overdue bill for 5 days. I was wondering what I was going to do for the next 5 hours without internet. I think I would have died.
